1. Disclaimer (Important)

Before using our services, you must acknowledge and agree:

• Entertainment Only: All BaZi charts, reports, and AI interpretations provided by unMing are based on traditional cultural algorithms and AI generation, intended solely for entertainment, cultural research, and personal exploration.
• No Professional Advice: Our services DO NOT constitute psychological counseling, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or investment recommendations. Please consult qualified professionals for major life decisions.
• Result Nature: We do not guarantee deterministic outcomes. Please treat all analysis as reference and combine it with your real-life context and professional advice when needed.

2. Account Registration & Use

When using account features, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and avoid malicious registration of multiple accounts.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in the following activities:

• Posting content that violates laws, endangers national security, or spreads rumors.
• Using automated scripts or bots to scrape or disrupt the platform.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of unMing or others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within unMing, including algorithms, web design, text, graphics, and AI models, belongs to unMing or is legally licensed. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Changes & Termination

We strive to improve our services but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any impact caused by the interruption of free services.

6. Credits & Payments

unMing operates on a one-time credit purchase model. The following applies to all purchases made through our platform:

• One-time credit packs, no subscriptions. unMing sells credit packs as one-time purchases. There is no auto-renewal or recurring charge. Pack sizes and prices are listed on our /pricing page at checkout.
• Consumption. Each analysis (BaZi deep report, Ziwei, compatibility, face reading, divination, etc.) deducts a defined number of credits. The per-feature credit cost is displayed before you confirm consumption.
• No expiry. Credits purchased through unMing do not expire.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. unMing does not store your full card details; only a payment reference and transaction status are retained.
• Automatic refunds for technical failure. If an AI interpretation fails to complete due to a provider or system error, the consumed credits are automatically refunded to your balance. No action required on your side.
• Statutory rights (UK/EEA). If you are a consumer located in the UK or EEA, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for unused credits. Credits already consumed to generate a digital report are not refundable once the report has been delivered, because you expressly consent to immediate performance at the point of consumption.
• How to request a refund. Email support{'@'}unming.com from your registered address with your order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
• Chargebacks. Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks filed without a prior refund request may be disputed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unMing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or profit loss) arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, the EEA, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws grant a more favourable forum retains the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
